Season 4 of High Energy Heroes was a letdown, and the game's future looked unclear. A new tournament with Asian teams was announced, but there was little sign the game would succeed globally, and the long wait for Season 5 frustrated a lot of players.

A thin season
The excitement faded fast once players saw how little was new. The updates were small, with no big new challenges, characters or maps.
An identity problem
As the content drought went on, people started to question the game's future. It is so close to Apex Legends Mobile that many see it as a copy rather than a competitor with its own identity.
The tournament: a glimmer of hope?
The developers announced a tournament with Asian teams to grow the competitive scene. Whether that is enough to bring players back, or just a short burst of excitement, remains to be seen.

Global plans
There was no clear plan for an international launch, which left players wondering whether the developers have the resources or the vision to compete worldwide.
Looking ahead to Season 5

Teasers suggested Season 5 could bring bigger updates. The problem is the wait: many players may move on before then. The game's success depends on standing apart from Apex and delivering content consistently.
