Ace Force 2 has a smaller weapon pool than most shooters, so at launch it can be confusing to know what to buy. SMGs are reliable in every game and snipers vary a lot, but this game does a few things its own way. I tested every gun and counted how many shots each one needs to the head and to the body. Here is what I found, class by class.

Is Ace Force 2 better than Valorant Mobile?
Ace Force 2 is not just another shooter. It has real strategic depth, fast team fights and a level playing field for new and experienced players. It runs on Unreal Engine 4 and looks great. I compared it with Valorant Mobile in the video linked at the top of this page.

Best sidearms
Shields and abilities are covered in my videos, so this section is only about the pistols.

G17

Two shots to the head, six to the body if you do not miss. It is reliable, but you need to be accurate.
TZ34

This one works like a shotgun. Up close one bullet takes an enemy down, at medium range it takes two, and further out it can take three to six depending on distance. Use it in very close fights only.
V61

Two shots to the head or four to the body. Great in close quarters, and the best quick switch when your primary is reloading. Perfect for fast-paced players.
M983

One shot to the head, five to the body. Once you master it you will see why it is one of the best options.
PT357

One headshot takes an enemy down instantly, and body shots take three, even at range. If you can master it, this is the top sidearm.
- PT357: one-shot headshots.
- M983: precise headshots and reliable body shots.
- V61: quick, close-quarters fights.
- G17: reliable, but needs accurate headshots.
- TZ34: strong up close, not very versatile.
Best SMGs
There are only two SMGs in the game right now.
MP5

Three shots to the head and five to the body. Aim for the head with this one.
EVO

Also three shots to the head, but seven to the body. What makes up for it: the EVO has a scope, which the MP5 does not, and a much faster fire rate.
My pick is the EVO for its fire rate and scope. The MP5 is still strong, but it is slower and has no scope.
Best shotguns
M870

No scope, but solid. One shot up close, two at medium range and around four at long range. A reliable shotgun for close encounters.
AA-12

A much higher rate of fire than the M870 and excellent in close combat. In my opinion it is the best shotgun right now, and I recommend it over the M870.
Best assault rifles
There are four: the X95, FAL, M416 and AK-12.
X95

When you scope in, it switches to burst mode. Two shots to the head and five to the body. The burst mode makes it stand out.
FAL

A single-shot rifle: one shot to the head and one to the body. Ideal for players who like precision and control, and for beginners who want to improve their accuracy.
M416

Harder to master but very rewarding. Two shots to the head and five to the body. It is stable and light, which makes it a top choice for pro players.
AK-12

Similar to the Phantom-style rifles in other games. One shot to the head and four to the body. The bullet spread means you need good aim and minimal movement to land every shot.
- M416: best fire rate and overall performance.
- AK-12: great if your aim and control are good.
- X95: unique burst mode, reliable.
- FAL: best for beginners and precision players.
Best machine guns
MG36

Three shots to the head and five to the body. A solid machine gun, and it is quite effective if your aim is good on your device.
SAW

Two shots to the head and four to the body. Better than the MG36 in damage and overall performance, so it is my pick.
Best sniper rifles
T5000

One shot to the head or body takes an enemy down, and its reload is quick.
M82

Often called the king of snipers. One shot to the head or body, two to the legs. Its only drawback is a slightly longer reload than the T5000. Best overall.
Shields
- Light shield
- Absorbs 66% of damage, up to 25 damage. Good when you want to stay mobile.
- Heavy shield
- Also absorbs 66% of damage, but up to 50 damage. Better for longer fights.
Summary
- Sidearm: PT357.
- SMG: EVO.
- Shotgun: AA-12.
- Assault rifle: M416.
- Machine gun: SAW.
- Sniper: M82.
- Shield: light for mobility, heavy for durability.
